The main language of the conference is Polish, but English is also acceptable. 

Oral communications - Estimated time of the oral statement: 15 minutes with discussion (please keep an eye on the allocated time).

Please prepare your presentations on a USB drive in ppt., pptx format. or pdf. The presentation should be delivered to the multimedia handler in the appropriate room no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled session. Due to the tight agenda, it is not possible to use a private computer. Each room is equipped with computer equipment operating in the MS Windows environment (PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat) with a projector and a laser pointer.

Poster – preferred B1 format in portrait orientation.

Please place the posters on the day of the presentation no later than 1 hour before the poster session, in accordance with the schedule and numbering on the boards. Presentations must be deleted at the end of the session. Pins for attaching posters will be made available to authors. We ask authors to be present with the posters during the session.

ATTENTION!

• Each participant can submit only one form of presentation - a oral communications OR a poster.
• The organizer reserves the right to reject the application due to the inconsistency of the presented research with the conference theme.
• The organizer reserves the right to change the form of participation from a message to a scientific poster depending on the number and type of submitted applications.
